Description


Our client is a FTSE Plc and global business which still possesses strong family values. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for high-quality work in an amazing location at the edge of the Lake District. However, a London location would also be considered. Work will be interesting and challenging and the role is an integral part of a small legal and company secretarial team.

 

In this position, you will support the Company Secretary and legal team on PLC company secretarial issues including report and accounts, filings for UK and oversees companies, registrations, governance and general administration.

 

The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in advising and administrating PLC company secretarial matters. You may be ICSA part or fully qualified or a solicitor who has gained company secretarial experience whilst working as a company or corporate lawyer. You will have experience of working with senior stakeholders, the ability to analyse and interpret information, in addition to excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
