PLC Assistant Company Secretary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an expanding global PLC as a key member of their company secretariat and legal team. The role is initially for a year but may be extended.
You will support the Company Secretary and top management team at their company headquarters and also subsidiaries worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for assistance across a broad range of company secretarial matters (compliance, governance and regulatory) including statutory compliance for all group companies, UK filings, best practice in corporate governance, administering company insurance and employee share schemes.
The ideal candidate might be a recent graduate still studying for their ICSA or an experienced company secretary able to hit the ground running. You must have experience with PLC matters and be a first-class communicator with high attention to detail. Knowledge of Blueprint and proficiency in Word and Excel would also be important.
This is a full time position, but some home working would be considered.
