Jacqui began her career as an executive head hunter with Harvey Nash based in the West End of London handling Senior Management and Director level roles for the Information Technology sector. She then moved to HW Group (now Hudson) where she worked for the division 'In-House Legal' which specialised in recruiting lawyers into commerce and industry. Clients included major blue-chip companies such as BP, Bombardier, Orange, Littlewoods and MBNA Bank.

Jacqui set-up McKenzie Douglas In-House Legal in January 2000 to specialise in recruiting lawyers into commerce and industry. Although she handled assignments for a broad range of client sectors she quickly built up a strong niche specialism in servicing the engineering, energy and finance sectors.

Jacqui continued to expand the business with the establishment of two new divisions McKenzie Douglas Energy and McKenzie Douglas Engineering to continue to develop our strengths in these sectors. Jacqui now has more than 15 years recruitment experience and has built up an impressive reputation and specialist knowledge base handling recruitment assignments for a range of global businesses.

Having lived and working in various locations including the Midlands, London and Yorkshire, Jacqui is now based in the North West where she is a Director at McKenzie Douglas. Clients include Rolls-Royce, Bombardier, International Personal Finance, Norwich Union and British Energy.
