We are looking to recruit a Director in Construction Proposals and Estimates in the Oil and Gas industry. The minimum requirements for this role include:

Extensive Oil & Gas Experience
Solid experience working with an international E&C Company
Experience in construction estimating and proposals
Experience in the Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle East or North Africa.

The role will involve the following:
   • Providing Leadership and guidance to the construction estimating and proposals team
   • Developing a standardized approach to the generation of proposals and estimates
   • Providing estimating support to the active projects
   • Working in cooperation with the construction support services group, generate a temporary facilities plan and estimate the requirements for construction equipment, scaffolding and special logistical requirements.
