We are seeking an Engineering Manager in a civil or structural discipline.

The role will involve:
   • Management and eventual expansion of the small engineering team
   • Tenders
   • Design technical input
   • Project delivery
   • Client liaison
   • Trouble shooting for office and site
   • Project management
   • Operations


The Successful Candidate will have the following:
   • Civil of Structural design engineering background (Building Services also considered)
   • Ideally chartered
   • Sellafield experienced
   • Project management experience
   • Experience of managing a team of engineers
   • Excellent commercial Acumen
   • Good working knowledge of the tender process
   • Comfortable in a client facing environment
   • Excellent communication skills
   • Ideally have experience working for Sellafield / BNFL and a main contractor
