The holder of this post will be responsible for developing and fostering Tramway System expertise within the LRV.

This arena requires the development of supporting technologies such as PRIMOVE with the electrical implication on sub-stations, and the mechanical implication on track work. The incumbent will support the sales organisation in defining the technical proposal and the Bill of Material for the systems scope and interface with LRV for MEA as well as other regions. Key responsibilities will include:

   • Leading market introduction in the application of PRIMOVE
   • Developing other system offers for Tramways
   • Management of the global bidding support effort
   • Interfacing with LRV to develop optimum solutions for MEA region
   • Multi-Million Euro budgetary responsibility

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level, or suitable equivalent in Electrical Engineering, along with a demonstrable working history within the Rail Industry. In-depth technical knowledge of bidding processes and sales cycle is sought, along with extensive knowledge of the Light Rail Vehicle Industry.
