One major market for this business is the Middle East with a substantial, growing operation across the region. A number of new, exciting opportunities now exist for experienced commercial contracts managers to join the company’s Middle Eastern operation.

Based in Dubai, you will work closely with legal and commercial teams across the region, handle high level client facing negotiations and draft a variety of commercial agreements.
Ideally you will have gained experience within the construction sector and/ or the TMT sectors (Technology, Media, Telecommunications).
Experience of FIDIC will be highly advantageous.
It is essential you have 3 or more year’s experience of drafting commercial agreements and are familiar with business practices in the region, either living / working there currently or in the past. It is also essential you can conduct business matters in English, with other local languages being beneficial.
