One major market for this business is Africa with a substantial, growing operation across the continent. A number of new, exciting opportunities now exist for commercial lawyers to join the company’s African operation.

Based in East, West or South Africa you will work closely with legal and commercial teams across the region, handle high level client facing negotiations and draft a variety of commercial agreements. Ideally you will have gained experience within the construction sector and / or the TMT sectors (Technology, Media, Telecommunications). Experience of FIDIC will be highly advantageous.
It is essential you have 3 or more year’s experience of drafting commercial agreements and are familiar with business practices in your region, either living / working there currently or in the past. It is also essential you can conduct business matters in English, with other local languages including French being beneficial.
