McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for a highly reputable global organisation.
Working in a friendly team, you will report to the Senior Employment Counsel and have close interaction with the HR function. Your responsibilities will range from contentious to non-contentious transactional and advisory employment matters. You can expect to handle contractual issues, redundancy & restructuring, disciplinary & grievance, discrimination & equal opportunities, and employment policies.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- 4 – 6 PQE (as a guidance)
- Non-contentious Employment Solicitor
- Worked at a respectable law firm
- Any exposure to In-House would be desirable
- Trade Union, TUPE, Employment Tribunal experience would all be advantageous
