The business prides itself in operating in more than 70 countries worldwide and having a global legal team. It is currently experiencing substantial growth and the business has extensive plans afoot to develop their success over the coming years.

In this role, you will have wide encompassing responsibilities but an emphasis on commercial and technology law. You will engage with the wider Legal team and business to devise strategies on growing the business and provide ongoing advice on commercial, contractual and legal matters particularly across their IT and Procurement functions. You will draft and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers, support tender processes, advise on best practice, manage contract disputes and deliver relevant legal training programmes.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- UK qualified Solicitor with some commercial law experience.
- Commercial contracts and IT related legal experience.
- Capable of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Proficient at working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact with the business at all levels and to assist with key business decisions.
