A new, exciting opportunity exists for a bright, energetic individual to join McKenzie Douglas. We help Lawyers and Compliance Professionals find new positions. Based in the heart of the English Lake District, we work with an impressive list of international companies including Dyson, Intel, Experian, Bupa and BAE placing permanent legal staff across the UK and abroad.
In this role, you will support the recruitment consultants on search assignments entailing researching current and potential clients, together with identifying suitable candidates for senior level legal positions. You will spend time speaking to new applicants on the phone and will maintain our databases and assist with marketing and administration.
Research may have formed part of your current role or study. Full training will be given but you must possess strong academic, good interpersonal and administrational skills, be well organised and keen to learn. Up to date knowledge of Word and Excel is important, as is some prior experience dealing with people over the telephone.
Progression to full Recruitment Consultant is possible for the right person in time.
