Description


Our client is a globally recognised organisation who are experiencing substantial growth. They operate in several technical product markets and have become a popular household name.

 

The Role:

 

In this broad position you will support the business globally on:

  • Pre-launch product issues for Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Research, Design and Development including test plans, with an emphasis on regulatory and advertising issues.
  • Drafting and negotiation of relevant contracts.
  • Advise on pre-launch claims, including assessing scientific evidence.
  • Advise on global advertising disputes, pre-launch claims.
  • Advise on wider consumer issues.  
  • Provide advertising and regulatory training to various departments across the business.
  • Working closely with the Global Head of Regulatory on cutting edge projects.
  • Support the Global Quality and Reliability Director on compliance matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years* post qualification experience in a commercial regulatory role.
  • Experience or interest in the technology, design or engineering industries.
  • Contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Experience in handling advertising, marketing and other claims preferred.
  • Proficient at working independently in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
  • Ability to interact with the business at all levels and to assist with key business decisions.
  • An appetite to learn new skills.
