An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join a global FTSE top 50 business. Flexible and home working will be considered.

Role:

  • Drafting and negotiating a broad range of global commercial contracts, including; Data and technology agreements, Software licensing, Partner agreements, Framework agreements, and Affinity agreements.
  • Offering the business advice on a range of commercial issues including; data protection, competition and intellectual property.
  • Advising on legal issues connected with new product developments/launches.
  • Liaising directly with internal colleagues concerning specialist areas of law such as data protection and FCA regulation.

 

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified solicitor with minimum 2 years PQE*
  • Some commercial contracts experience. Experience in all legal areas above is not necessary as full training will be given.
  • Training with a leading law firm or in-house
  • You must be practical and commercially focused lawyer with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
