Recruitment Consultant – Full or Part Time
Last updated on 27/01/2020
McKenzie Douglas is a specialist in-house legal recruitment consultancy based in the heart of the English Lake District. We work with an impressive list of international companies including Dyson, Intel, Experian, Bupa and BAE placing permanent legal staff across the UK and abroad.
We are now seeking a new member of our close-knit team to work as a Recruitment Consultant (or Senior Recruitment Consultant). In this role you will develop relationships with new and existing clients and help Lawyers, Patent Attorneys and Compliance Professionals find new positions. You will take an influential role in McKenzie Douglas’s business strategy and development.
We are keen to hear from experienced consultants with prior work experience in professional services recruitment. Experience in the legal sector is not essential as you will be provided with full training. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, bright, tenacious and able to build good relationships quickly. Prior experience working with FTSE 100 companies would be preferred but not essential.
This is a unique opportunity to take a key role with a friendly and professional organisation handling high quality work based in a stunning location. Flexible working would be considered.
Please send a covering letter outlining why you feel you’d be the best person for this position and a copy of your CV to Jacqui Douglas: firstname.lastname@example.org
